Provided consultancy and administrative leadership in Eastern European office, conducted programmatic review and developed fundraising strategy. Week of Compassion: The Relief, Refugee, and Development Mission Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Indianapolis, IN Associate Director 2009 – 2014 Provided education about the work of the fund with donors across North America. Liaised with implementing development, disaster, and public health partners in North America and abroad. Providing oversight to projects funded by Week of Compassion. Developed new partnerships and fundraising initiatives and platforms. Finalized budget, prepared advisory committee meeting, and provided day-to-day operations management during Executive Director’s 2010 sabbatical, and during interim ED search 12/13- 6/14. Developed Operations Manual and performed internal evaluation of tornado response in Joplin, MO. Engaged multiple community organizations, including those working for immigrant rights, anti-poverty policy in the Kansas City metro area, and grass- roots community organizing.
