(In this study teacher support materials were prepared in all the three subjects for classes I to

IV to develop MLL‟s among children of 50 schools in and around Mysore. Teachers were

trained to use the above materials through continuous in-service teacher training. Students

achievement levels were tested continuously for four years at the terminal examinations.)
