con muchas novedades y toda la
información de los eventos y actividades
de ocio de los que pueden disfrutar este
verano .

Juan, Fiesta Belga, Rally Coches
Clásicos, la Vuelta Ciclista España, y
muchas novedades más que estamos
preparando, deseamos seguir contan-

El pasado mes de febrero tuvimos la
oportunidad de asistir a la inauguración
de las nuevas instalaciones del Colegio
Lady Elizabeth School, una jornada en la
que pudimos hablar con muchos de
ustedes y en la que nos trasmitieron su
reconocimiento por contar con unas
instalaciones de este nivel en Cumbre
del Sol de las que sentirnos orgullosos,
una comunidad que día a día gana en
servicios y en prestigio, lo cual repercute
positivamente en sus vecinos.

attend the inauguration of the new
facilities of the Lady Elizabeth School, a
day in which we were able to meet and
speak with many of you and in which you
transmitted your recognition for having
facilities of this level in Cumbre del Sol to
be proud of, a community that day by
day wins in services and prestige, which
has a positive effect on its neighbors.
From Grupo VAPF we wish to continue
contributing to create new services, new
leisure activities and new opportunities
to be able to share pleasant moments

¿Qué experiencias ha tenido en estos años?
Ustedes llevan 2 años viviendo en Cumbre del Sol ¿Qué le hizo decidirse a
comprar un apartamento en el Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol?
¿Qué recomendación hacen a los que estén leyendo esta entrevista?
l pasado 8 de mayo tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar a los Señores Alain y EMartine Planard, residentes del Residencial Resort Cumbre del Sol que
quisieron compartir con nosotros su experiencia de comprar una vivienda
con Grupo VAPF.
Las actividades deportivas, los restaurantes y otras actividades de ocio
contribuyen a una rápida integración… sin olvidar el vaso de sangría.
Perfectamente, el apartamento es muy cómodo. En París teníamos un dúplex,
aquí todo ha sido llevado de la mano y disfrutamos plenamente de la gran terraza
orientada al sur con una hermosa vista al mar y a la naturaleza, ideal para el
desayuno y para disfrutar de la puesta de sol por la noche. Además, estamos muy
contentos con la calidad y el acabado de la construcción de VAPF, así como con la
atención que prestan.
En Cumbre del Sol hay viviendas para todos los gustos y para todos los
presupuestos. Es una urbanización residencial que tiene todo que ofrecer: vistas
al mar, playas, naturaleza, paseos, deportes, servicios, ambiente… y muy
importante VAPF es un constructor-promotor serio, profesional… la compra se
realiza fácilmente de A a Z.
Desde hace dos años que vivimos aquí no pasa un día sin que apreciemos la
calidad de vida en la Cumbre del Sol . Nunca nos aburrimos, al contrario, nos
integramos muy rápidamente y hoy tenemos muchos amigos franceses y belgas.
¿Cómo se sienten viviendo en su apartamento?
Ya conocíamos Jávea por haber pasado allí unas vacaciones y nos enamoramos
de la región y del clima. También en el momento de jubilarnos no dudamos en
dar el paso y gracias a VAPF que nos descubrió Cumbre del Sol con sus hermosas
calas, su playa, sus servicios, su ambiente y sobre todo sus fantásticas vistas al
mar, hemos encontrado nuestra felicidad.
¡No hay que dudar en cambiar el rumbo! ¡Hay que hacer realidad los sueños!

breakfast and to enjoy the sunset in the
evening. Also, we are very happy with
the quality and finish of the construction
by VAPF, as well as with the attention
they provide.

on vacations, and we fell in love with the
region and the climate. Also at the time
of retirement we did not hesitate to take
the step and thanks to VAPF we

a celebrar el I Torneo de Tenis VAPF que
tuvimos que posponer en Semana Santa
por la lluvia. Una ocasión en la que
queremos también presentar a todos los
vecinos las novedades en las instalacio-
nes deportivas de Cumbre del Sol, las
dos nuevas pistas de tierra batida de
primer nivel así como, la renovación de
las pistas de padel.
Las instalaciones deportivas de Cumbre
del Sol están gestionadas por Dylan
Mary Tennis Academy, para reservar

Un evento en el que asistieron más de
1.000 familias que pudieron visitar las
nuevas instalaciones del colegio, entre
las que destaca el campo de fútbol, la
piscina cubierta y el teatro- auditorio, los
edificios que albergan las aulas de
secundaria, que convierten al Lady
Elizabeth School en un referente a nivel
internacional.

nuevas instalaciones del colegio
Lady Elizabeth School ubicado en el
Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, en la
fiesta de inauguración de las mismas, en
el que VAPF contribuyó como patrocina-
dor Gold.
En la inauguración tuvimos la ocasión de
compartir impresiones con muchos
vecinos de Cumbre del Sol que nos
mostraron su alegría por disponer de un
colegio de este nivel, que sin duda,
contribuye al prestigio internacional del
Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol.

Un evento en el que asistieron más de
1.000 familias que pudieron visitar las
nuevas instalaciones del colegio, entre
las que destaca el campo de fútbol, la
piscina cubierta y el teatro- auditorio, los
edificios que albergan las aulas de
secundaria, que convierten al Lady
Elizabeth School en un referente a nivel
internacional.
l sábado 23 de febrero tuvimos la Eoportunidad de conocer las
nuevas instalaciones del colegio
Lady Elizabeth School ubicado en el
Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, en la
fiesta de inauguración de las mismas, en
el que VAPF contribuyó como patrocina-
dor Gold.
En la inauguración tuvimos la ocasión de
compartir impresiones con muchos
vecinos de Cumbre del Sol que nos
mostraron su alegría por disponer de un
colegio de este nivel, que sin duda,
contribuye al prestigio internacional del
Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol.

Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, at the
opening part of the same, in which VAPF
contributed as Gold Sponsor.
An event attended by more than 1.000
families who were able to visit the new
school facilities, including the football
field, the covered swimming pool and
the theater-auditorium, the buildings
that house the high school classrooms,
which make Lady Elizabeth School in an
international reference.
At the opening we had the opportunity
to share impressions with many
neighbors of Cumbre del Sol who
showed us their joy of having a school of
this level, which undoubtedly contribu-
tes to the international prestige of the
Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol.

Calpe road (km.3) that over the years is being transformed into

Supermarket and a commercial galleria with different stores:
perfumery, household, hairdressing, appliances, laundry,
press, cafeteria, car wash and petrol station with the intention
of providing greater service to its clients, who are mostly
foreigners. Pepe la Sal has got several supermarkets in the
area, among which one the supermarket located in the
urbanization Cumbre del Sol.

he company PEPE LA SAL started the year 1935 as a Tgrocery in the municipality of Moraira, funded by José
Font Ortolá, as well known as PEPE LA SAL, a nick name
that he was given because previously he was dedicated in
selling salt from town to town. Over the years, his two sons,
Vicente and José Font Vives, married the sisters Joaquina and
Juanita Vallés García, who took over the groceries in Moraira
and opened a small grocery store of 80m2 in 1967, in the one
that sold basic food products.
