Families & Ministries suffer and relationships are destroyed when you go outside of the relationship context (Malachi 4:6)

The Issues of Today

Results of Broken Families (includes Christians)

• Approximate US divorce rate is 50%

• In 2009, 41% of children were born with unwed parents

• In 2012, 12.2 million single parent families. 80% were single mothers

• In 2011, 40.9% of single-mother families in poverty. Almost 5X worse than married-couple families (8.8%).

Satan has been killing fathers throughout history

• Around the time of Moses’ birth, Pharaoh of Egypt gave orders to all his people to throw every Israelite boy that was born into the Nile river – (Exodus 1:15-22).

• The 10th plague upon Egypt…The Plague of death on the firstborn son – (Exodus 11:4-6 & 12:29-30)

• Herod tried to kill Jesus after He was born, which ended in the murder of all boys in Bethlehem that were age 2 and under – (Matt 2:13-18)

Sins of our fathers and mothers can infect the lives of our family.• inside your home and inside the church…infects generation

after generation 

What legacy will you leave for generations, in YOUR HOME and YOUR MINISTRY?

Exodus 20:5-6: …punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.
