1 Introduction in EBI Neutrino R1

EBI Neutrino R1 the Open Source Framework build with Java offer a scalable portable andadaptable platform for different operating systems.

The system is build using standard frameworks like Hibernate and is able to run with databaseslike MySQL and Oracle. Jasper Report permit the user to work with individual reports over the runtime.

Graphical components can be disable in real time with the integrated GUI Designer. Beyond all thesystem is capable to be extended using script languages like Groovy and XML.

1.1 Modules

The following modules are available with EBI Neutrino R1.

CRM CRM Module: Leads, Customer, Address, Contact, Bank data,Meeting, Activity, Probability, Offer, Order, Service, E-Mails,Dashboard.

Product Warehouse, Product management .

Calendar Appointment, Task and Activity management.

Campaign Campaign Administration.Problem / Solution Administration Problem/Error/Reclamation and Solution.

1.2 Requisite

Operating System Windows 7, Vista, 2k, XP, UNIX / Linux , MAC OSMemory 512 MB 1024 MB

Java JVM Version: 1.5 1.6Database Version: MySQL 5.x , Oracle 8i, 9i 10g and XE

1.3 Execute & Database configuration

EBI Neutrino R1 doesn't require to be installed on your computer, your operating systemconfiguration will remain untouched. After download and extract you will be able to execute it, withthe available start files. For Windows use startNeutrinoWindows.bat for LinuxstartNeutrinoLinux.sh and for Mac OS startNeutrinoMAC.sh.

If you run EBI Neutrino R1 for the first time, it will do a check to determine if a database isreachable, otherwise it provide a functionality to configure the database.

1.4 CRM Configuration

The EBI Neutrino R1 Open Source edition is released in an abstract modus and the user have toconfigure it with the CRM Settings Dialog. With this method the system is adaptable to the usersbusiness requirements.

Category, status and types for the available modules also auto incremental number, Emailtemplates can be customized using the CRM settings dialog.

2 Customer Administration

The EBI Neutrino R1 graphical user interface is intuitive constructed to optimize customeradministration. It is simple to use, eliminate overhead and is adaptable for your requirements.

2.1 Leads

First contact to a potential customer is manageable using the leads panel.

The Leads panel is able to convert, leads to customers using the button Load as Customer.

2.2 Customer, Contact, Address, Bank data

With the CRM modules: Customer, Contact, Address and Bank data, you are able to increment theinformation quality, for example once you load a customer you will be able to visualize availableaddresses, contacts to communicate efficiently with.

Multiple addresses can associate to a single contact.

The integrated E-Mail Client provide standard functionality and also it offer an integrated plug infor Microsoft Outlook.

The Project Management module provide a tool to administrate and managing projects, schedulingfor your company or customers.

Using a Click & Drag to create a tasks. HTML can be used to format the task information.

The project management module is in relation to a Product module, ti guarantee the data flow andprovide the ability to create products after the project successfully terminated.

The integrated pop up menu provide functionality to edit, delete and create relation betweenavailable tasks.
