    RATING = 90KW / 125HP RPM = 742

    CURRENT = 192 Amp. VOLT = 415V, 3 PHASE.

    PREVIOUS SYSTEM : In 40 Mw power plant for maintaing 103-105 T/hr. (Tonns / Hour) steam pressure, twoboilers are used. Each having two I.D. Fan with 90 kw motor along with damper valves& IGP operated from Remote station.

    PROBLEM OBSERVED : 1. Very high starting current kick. ( About 5 to 6 times of full load current )

    2. Regular maintenance for damper valves & IGP valves.3. Steam loss due to damper & IGP valves leakages.

    PRESENT SYSTEM : Right row same steam pressure is obtain with fully opened damper valve & IGP. Andworking with three I.D. Fan (Two in boiler-1 & only one in boiler-2) with speed controtechnique through AXPERT AC Variable frequency drive control from remote station.

    (1) Energy saving (2) Soft-start action, limits starting current kick.

    (3) Free from mechanical maintaince of damper valves & IGP valves. (4) Inbuilt protection feature take care of motor.

    (5) Accurate steam pressure control, beacuse of fine speed control

    through AXPERT AC VFD.
