Appearance of hotel external compound

Lack of supervision on external landscape contractors

Periodic thorough cleaning cycle too long (6 months) resulting fungus and mildew build up along the driveway from entrance to lower lobby and main lobby including dirty driveway walls and edges.

To work with AML (landscape contractor) to clear dry plants and over grown trees at main entrance. To clean up the bushy area close to entrance car park. AML to cover gaps along the driveway planter by adding in more colorful plants. Weekly trimming of plants and daily clearing of dry leafs.

To review the current schedule of half yearly project cleaning to quarterly due to our tropical climate. Iincrease 2 man power to carry out this project as it will take approximately 10 days to complete the hotel compound.
