Short Term Staffing Solutions

Our Short Term Staffing Solutions division is equipped with

a team of suitably qualified, tried and tested candidates who

are available at short notice to solve your short term staffing

problems. We understand that you might need flexible staff on

occasionduetoillness,seasonalrequirements,specificprojects,

ortofillagapbetweenpermanentplacements.Wetakeequal

care to match the short term staff we send you as we do with

your permanent and contract positions.

We can offer you two short term staffing options:

• Weekly paid staff.Averyflexiblesolutionthatrequiresthe

hours worked to be recorded on a weekly timesheet. We

invoice you weekly in arrears on an hourly basis.

• Contract staff. Staff are based at your workplace on a fixed-

price contract, but are on our payroll, and are paid monthly.

We invoice you monthly in advance.

payments and any disciplinary or performance measures, leaving

MPC Recruitment is fully compliant with all current legislation

governing Temporary Employment Services.

Payroll Outsourcing

MPC Recruitment has the infrastructure and resources to take over

and run your entire payroll on a long term basis. In this instance we

would handle all statutory reporting, deductions and disbursements,

holiday and sickness entitlements, bonuses, payslip distribution and

all other matters relating to your payroll, timeously, accurately and

with full transparency. For some of our smaller and medium sized

clients, this has proven to be a most e�ective time and cost-saving

option, leaving them free to focus on their core business.

In order to be fully compliant with recent legislation regarding

quali�cation, credit and criminal checks on candidates, we have

equipped all our branches with �ngerprint scanners. The majority

of our sta� are fully trained biometrics o�cers and have been

registered as users of the scanning system. This facility is available

to our clients at all MPC branches for a moderate fee to cover the

costs involved.

managing our business relationship. These tools reinforce our commitment to transparency and ethical business practices.

We created our customised software system, called Clienttracker, to

give our clients a window into our world, in real time. It backs up our

promise of total transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Clients receive a Clienttracker login card that enables them to access

their recruitment portfolio on our system from anywhere, at any time.

Once they have logged in, clients can manage multiple functions

relating to their account. These include:

• scheduling interviews and giving feedback

We have incorporated a rebate system into Clienttracker as an

additional benefit. Clients who achieve an agreed annual recruitment

target with MPC receive credit towards future placements.

Staffmatch is our web based in-house quality management

system. We have spent the past six years developing and fine-

tuning this software to ensure that our recruitment procedures

and standards are uniformly upheld throughout the MPC Group.
