• Date Center MA routine:• Clean and test the EMS system.• Clean the pipe of Chiller Machine on top

floor.• Clean and test the Fire Alarm system.

• Repair the Stabilizer and the Chiller A in the Power Management System.

• Prepare to sign the new Data Center MA.

Repair the Chiller A


• Fix the problem of TSM backup on CXLVNS02 (Clear Case Server).

• Internal tape drive of TSM server in rack p670 need to be cleaned regularly by Cleaning Cartridge, buy 2 more cleaning tapes for this drive.

• Fix the problem of Leased line from HCM to Hanoi and HCM to CanTho.

• Support to move the PC from the 7F to 8F & 9F in TWC Building.

• Make the inventory survey (PCs, Printers, Scanners, Barcode Reader, Laptop…)


PC Maintenance


• PBX MA routine in Hanoi and N’orch Office.

• Approval and Sign the PBX MA contract for TWC and Danang Office. (Start from June 2010)

• Support to keep the extension number when move from 7F to 8F & 9F in TWC Office.


PBX MA


• Setup Account Lockout Policy in Domain.• Join to Domain for all Trainer’s PCs in Hanoi IVB

and Danang Office.• Lock the USB port all PCs in our system.• Make the new DVD Ghost disc support Hanoi

IVB Office.• Update new version of Office Scan Server and

update to all Servers.• Change the “root” password on AIX system.• Disable CD Rom function from BIOS of PC.


Improve the audit tasks


• Finish the Schedule.• Calculate the PC headcount.• Collect the quotations.• Prepare the approval report.

• Follow the request of Audit we edit the login function of system :

• The system will require us to update the password every 3 months.

• After we update the password , system will automatically log out.

New login rule of B2E, BCS system(cont)


• To control user login. Server will deny user to login when the user was expired.

• We can click Find button to view that employee’s information. After that, we can input the expired date and click update.

• To avoid the employee use system illegal.
