• Data Center MA routine:• Clean the chiller water of air conditioner

system.• Test the EMS system.• Test the Fire Alarm system.• Check the UPS(right now we find out the

charger has problem, supplier is ready to repair it).

• Maintain the System Storage DS8100• Firmware console of DS8100 has been

updated to the latest version, now it’s new and easier to maintain.

• Policy and Invoice printing: 1621 Policies, 2843 Invoices.


• PBX maintenance in N’orch, TWC, Hanoi, Da nang and Can tho Office.

• Support some new telephone numbers for branch office 3 of HCM in N’orch.


PBX Maintenance


• Setup backup line (leased-line and FTTH).

• Setup load balancer: we have two line to connect the Internet (10Mbps and 32Mbps).

• Setup MPLS at TWC: upgraded from 4Mbps to 10Mbps.

• Make approvel for Changing the backup line company from VTN2 to FPT.


Network Improvement Project


• Finished write approval to buy all device for scanner system(PC, scanner, router, FE card).

• All devices have delivered to Hai Phong.• Viettel put the cable.• Setup IOS, IPSec and config of router.


Hai Phong Scanner System Project



• Make the approvel for buying WebSense.• Websense can control the right of using

internet.• Also can control the Skype.• To record which website you browse it and

how long you stay in this website.

Internet Access Management Project



• Make the approvel for buying WebSense.• Buy 2 new server : Websense Filter server ,

Log Server(SQL-Server ).• Provide the report to BOD and easy to know

the detail information.

• To satisfy the request of Marketing Division, we complete the new control rule of agent.

Launch Deduct Salary System

• In June we start to launch deduct salary system.

• If the staff apply the deduct salary, the system will deduct his salary to pay premium automatically.

• If the premium is over 1M vnd the applicant will get 0.5% premium benefit.

• Support Planning Division to complete the lucky draw batch code.

• Every week system will pass data which satisify the qualification and draw times.

• Support POS, Claim, Premium Department to send SMS message to customer.

• Suspended policy• Claim decision• Deduct salary notice

• Suspended policy• Send SMS to client previously 10 days before

suspension date starts.

• Claim decision• Send SMS to client in the next morning right

after assessor double-checks the case.

• Deduct salary notice• Send SMS to remind staff after 7 days will

deduct salary for paying premium.• If the salary account don't have enough

money to deduct premium, system will send SMS to staff remind him/her to pay premium before deduct salary benefit date.
