The OneNote user interface OneNote is laid out intuitively, much like a paper notebook is. The basic user interface consists of five major elements:

• Page. The large white surface represents a page in OneNote.

• Page header. The page header is the colored section above the page, where to put notes that you want to keep visible, such as a quick reminder or a phone number.

• Section tabs. The tabs above the page header represent different sections in your OneNote notebook.

• Page tabs. To the right of the page are tabs representing individual pages in each section of your OneNote notebook.

• Menu and tool bars. Similar to other familiar Office programs.

Find the correct page quickly with Page Tabs

“I have been using OneNote now for 9 months and I believe it is one of the most innovative applications Microsoft has produced, “ said Oscar Koenders, General Manager at Toshiba EMEA Marketing. “It truly increased the value of my notebook as I can use it in a much more effective way during meetings. I take notes, create to-do lists and can search and share information in ways that are impossible with paper.

Toshiba is the only vendor worldwide that has entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft to offer this application to our customers for free. If customers were to buy it separately, they would have to pay 249 Euros. This represents a great competitive advantage for Toshiba.”

Therefore if we Talk the Talk, we need to Walk the Walk. Install OneNote, use it, benefit from it and show the benefits to our customers.
