full stack web developer. I'm generallyfascinated about the transformative nature
of technology, specifically by all things web,cloud, Blockchain/DLT & the strategiesbehind successful software businesses.
Developed a functional two-way "app store"marketplace in Rails utlising the MVCarchitectural pattern with PostgreSQL as theRDBMS, Bootstrap for the front-end, LucidChartfor ERD sketching and Heroku for deployment. Designed application routes utilising modernRESTful standards to allow for efficient CRUD. The application was developed through pairprogramming and kanban (Trello) for taskmanagement. Integrated 3rd party APIs for full paymentfunctionality and asset storage in Amazon S3.
Managed the entire technical support deskconsisting of responding to 440 tickets permonth with an exceptional 94% customer rate. Succcessfully spearheaded a proposal totransition our customer support solutions toZenDesk. Outlined the benefits of reducedcosts, faster response times and detailedcustomer metrics leading to consistentlypositive customer reviews. Responsible for the maintenance of front-endslocated at MarketReplayData.com &TheIntentionalTrader.com. Managed theInfrastructure requirements of the business.
