CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT This contract of agreement for musical performance and entertainment for weddings and other events, written and dated _______________________ at ________________________, is made between the undersigned CLIENT and MANILA WEDDING SINGERS represented by Roselle O. Chosen Package: Composition (Name of the singers not included): Promo Rate: ** MWS will only provide musical instruments. Technical requirements shall be provided by the client. ** Coverage: *Ceremony Music: Parade of Entourage, Bridal March, Mass Proper, Pictorials. *Reception Music : Cocktails Set (45mins-1hr); Dinner Set (45mins-1hr); Party Set (45mins-1hr) *Traditions: First Dance, Father-Daughter Dance and Mother-Son Dance) ** Others: For hotel venues/ venues with pay parking, MWS will require 3 complimentary car park tickets. 6. Upon signing of the contract agreement and receipt deposit, the agreement shall be considered binding. Should cancellation by the client be necessary, half of the payment shall be forfeited to Manila Wedding Singers and the other half payment shall be returned to the Client. Should cancellation by Manila Wedding Singers be necessary, Manila Wedding Singers shall make every effort to arrange for a comparable substitute. If no substitute is desired by the Client, Manila Wedding Singers shall return the payment in full. 7. If the cancellation of the agreement by the Client happens 10 days before the date of the event, the full payment shall be forfeited to Manila Wedding Singers, unless the same act is rebooked by the client for an open date within 100 days of the cancelled date. A Client cancelling their engagement by the telephone or text must also verify the cancellation in writing via email.

IfnosubstituteisdesiredbytheClient,ManilaWeddingSingersshallreturnthepaymentinfull.

7. If thecancellationoftheagreementbytheClienthappens10daysbeforethedateoftheevent, thefullpaymentshallbeforfeitedtoManilaWeddingSingers,unlessthesameactisrebookedbytheclientforanopendatewithin100daysofthecancelleddate.AClientcancellingtheirengagementbythetelephoneortextmustalsoverifythecancellationinwritingviaemail.

8. GroupBreak. Thegrouptypically takes1break. Breakmayvaryinoccurrenceand/or durationduetounforeseen circumstances at the function or due to instructions from the host of the event. Appropriatepre-recordedmusicshallbeprovidedduringthegroupbreak.Clientshallprovideadecentmealforthegroup.Client mayopt for PLATEDCREWMEALSor provideMEALALLOWANCEinsteadof platedmeal(P300/head+1techassistant).NOPACKEDCREWMEALS.

9.MusicSelection.Thegroupwilllearnupto5songrequestsforthefunction.AnyandallothersongsrequestedbytheClientmustbeselectedfromtheManilaWeddingSingers’repertoire.Listofrequestsshouldbegivennotlaterthanone(1)monthbeforethedayoftheevent.IftheClientwouldrequire/requestforaspeciallisteningsessionfromthegroup,anecessaryfeewillberequiredbythelatter.

10.Iftheactislatestartingduetounavoidabledetentionsexceptpoliticalupheaval,earthquake,flood,typhoon,etc.,theclienthastheoptiontodeductapro-ratedrefundduetotheactatthefunction.
