• 50MB storage for external i.e. non-Ovid resources.

• multiple sclerosis AND (beta interferon) OR (ß-interferon)• multiple sclerosis AND lymphocyte*• Set Limits to retrieve full text articles from 2000 to 2010• Combine searches 2 AND 3 • Delete search 1 in the Search history• Search for Author Wilmut, Journal Nature and Year 1997.

• Search for DNA struct* checking the fields Title and Author Keywords.

• In the Keyword field search for cloning yeast then narrow the search by conducting the same search in the Title field.

• Select appropriate fields and search for genome in the Abstract field combined (AND) with Venter in the Author field.

• Search for ADHD treatm* checking the fields Abstract and Caption Text.

• In the Keyword field search for ADHD (S5) and smok* OR cigarett* (S6) as single searches and combine with 5 AND 6. Enter again in Title field.

• Search for ADHD in the Abstract field. Use AND to combine with obesity also in the Abstract field.
