How to Connect the Promolife Flowmeter to O2 Unit

B) Oxygen Tubing with male Luer lock connector on both ends (Connects to Ozone Generator and Oxygen Out on Flowmeter)

Step 1. Connect Oxygen Tubing to Concentrator or Oxygen Tank using contents from Package A.

Step 3. Connect the other end of Oxygen Tubing (A) with the Luer lock connector to the end to the horizontal port on the 3-way stopcock.

Step 2. Connect 3-way stopcock to O2 In port on Flowmeter by turning in a clockwise motion.

Step 4. Connect one end of the Oxygen Tubing with a male Luer lock to the Out port of Flowmeter and the other end to the Oxygen In of the Ozone Generator. Use Package B.

Step 5. Confi rm that the valve of the Stopcock has Off pointed toward the Flowmeter.

Step 6. Turn on the Oxygen Concentrator to max fl ow for up to 5 minutes. For a 5 LPM unit, this is 5 LPM. For a 10 LPM unit, this is 10 LPM. Do not set above the 5 or 10 mark.

Step 8. Turn the stopcock dial so the Off position is pointed toward the other arm of the stopcock.

Step 9. Adjust the Flowmeter to the desired low fl ow setting.

Step 7. Adjust fl ow rate on the Concentrator to 2 LPM.

Note: If you want to direct oxygen to a high fl ow application and bypass the Flowmeter, attach tubing for that application to the vertical arm and make sure the stopcock is in this position. You will need an additional male Luer lock fi tting to do this.
