POP-UP CLASSROOMUse the Student Innovation Kitchen at The Egg on our Hyde Park
campus to conduct your own private pop-up seminar for students.
Located in the heart of the Student Dining facility, which hosts nearly
3,000 visitors each day, the Innovation Kitchen is a fully functional,
open kitchen with display and serving capabilities. The space will also
support interactive teaching with one of your chefs or ours.

students participated in a 30-minute, hands-on
program to learn about equipment innovation
and enter a drawing to win a scholarship.

When PepsicCo wanted to integrate new ideas
in snacking with its Super Bowl promotions, the
company turned to the students of the CIA to
launch Game Day Grub Match. Students were
guided through the CIA’s ideation, concepting,
and protocepting innovation process using
PepsiCo food and beverage products, resulting
in a cook-off with celebrity judges. By adding
a social media component, PepsiCo garnered
over six-million consumer views of the event.
