FAQsWhat do I need to know?

Can the customer return one bag?Yes. We will sell the pack of five bags, but they can place an order for the uplift for just one.

Why does the bag have to be secured?The driver will not collect open bags. This service is a secure shredding service and we have a process flow in place to ensure that the bags have not been tampered with.

Is the customer legally covered?The transfer note is the legal document for the transfer of goods, and the customer will sign this and save on file for two years.

Can an order be placed to collect the shredding bag only?Yes but it makes more environmental sense for us to uplift when we are delivering their stationery order.

What if the customer has more than five bags for uplift?A process is in place to ensure that a special uplift is made. PHS Datashred will contact the customer directly and arrange this special uplift.
