Delivering Value for Money: Work confidently with performance/ progress/finance data. Prepare forecasts and manage and monitor financial budgets and delivery against agreed timelines.

Managing a Quality Service: A qualification at degree level or equivalent professional qualifications in Landscape Architecture, Building Conservation, Heritage Conservation and/or related subjects combined with extensive knowledge and experience of working with contractors undertaking construction and maintenance operations in public green space projects.

Managing a Quality Service: Knowledge and experience of contract management including writing and reviewing specifications, ordering and supervision of work and effective handling of contract issues.

Managing a Quality Service: Make use of project management skills and techniques to deliver outcomes, including identifying risks and mitigating actions. PRINCE2 practitioner or equivalent project management qualification with 2 years relevant post qualification experience
