PROBLEM OF MANUAL
1. The manual method employed by the teachers inrecording and computing for the grades of theirstudents results in frequent errors and delay inthe submission of reports, not to mention theadded work load for teachers.
2. The manual method of recording and gradecomputation is time consuming, prone to humanerror. The delay in meeting deadlines forsubmission of grading sheets and reports.
IMPORTANCE…
1. Developing a computerized grade would
make the task of recording and computing
grades easier for the teachers.
2. This will not only benefit the teachers of the
school but will also benefit the students
because of the improvement in the accuracy
of calculations and in the proficiency and
productivity of the teachers.
OBJECTIVES…
1.To develop a computerized gradingsystem would make the recording andcomputation of grades easier forteachers
2.Improve the accuracy and timelysubmission of reports, and provide ameans of determining the academicprogress of each student.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES…
1.To lessen the job of the facultyin terms of manual computingand adding records.
2.To facility the job of teachersand administration
3.To provide correct and timelyinformation.
