Sub: Complaint against the Canteen ServicesSir,We would like to
bring to your kind notice about the bad functioning of the canteen
services. For the past couple of months, we monitored their
services and raised lots of complaints both from the faculty as
well as students. In spite of counseling and warning them to give
quality food, they did not cater the needs and also not striving to
give a better service.Following are the issues that had been raised
against them:1. Quality of the food is not maintained2. Reduction
in the quantity3. Sanity is missing4. Not giving proper service5.
Rude Response from the serving membersIn this regard, we request
you to look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve
the hygienic conditions and quality service of the Canteen.We are
herewith enclosing the faculty, student and their duly signed
signatures approving the improper service of the Canteen
