Established in 1998 with over 16 years of highly specialised experience.

JJ Herbst Construction CC operates through the following main business unit:

Building and Construction Services Architecture Quantity surveying service Construction Project Management Building Services Site supervision (Project Supervision, Clerk of Works) Property Development Civil Works Unique IT & Communication Services Anti-Crime, Anti-Corruption and Monitoring services

We work in association with architects, quantity surveyors, civil and structural engineers, project managers and other specialists. The composition of the project team and our positions vary, depending on the nature and the scope of works.

On all the Above-Mentioned Projects we were involved in all the following :

Material Building Services – Setting Out of Buildings Site supervision (Project Supervision, Clerk of Works) – Appointment of Sub-Contractors Property Development – Engineers and Town Council Civil Works – Engineers and Town Council Unique IT & Communication Services – Reconciliations and Reporting Anti-Crime, Anti-Corruption and Monitoring services Landscaping Parking and Roads Occupational Certificates

GENERAL

As can be noticed, we were not involved in any other Developments over the past Sixteen (16) Years, due to the fact that we were occupied at all times with building and alterations for Mr Brian Clarence and the Birchwood Executive Hotel.

The Owner of all the above-mentioned Properties, Mr Brian Clarence, unfortunately lost the fight against cancer and sadly passed away in October 2013. Since then, the Birchwood Hotel sold shares to Hospice International who utilize their own Building Contractors.

On all the above-mentioned Projects we were audited by KPMG and a clean audit was received on all Projects
