Dubai SME100 is a premier ranking of Dubai's 100 top performing SMEs, launched by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development (Dubai SME).

The Dubai SME 100 seeks to identify Dubai's top SMEs that are role models the Emirate can be proud of. More than just a ranking, the objective of Dubai SME 100 is to inspire willing and able SMEs that have the potential to be world-class enterprises - to invest in innovation and people - to sustain growth. THE TRIPLE CROWN NAME

• People every where recognize the TRIPLE CROWN as the pinnacle of horse racing. The Kentucky Derby, The Preakness Stakes and The Belmont Stakes. These Grade 1 race are rarely won by the same horse in a year. From the 1900 to 2004, only 11 such greats achieved this rare distinction.

• It is a true test of SPEED, STAMINA, HEART, CLASS and CONSISTENCY, that sets them apart from the ‘also ran’.

Management Profile

Ishwar JodhaManaging Director

• Ishwar is an industry stalwart with over 30 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry including over 30 years in the UAE.

• He started his career in Mumbai, India in the 1970’s working for a ship owner after which he moved to Dubai in 1981 and was involved in ship brokering and chartering activities.

• He spent 18 years with APL in Dubai and Mumbai, holding various senior positions including Regional Sales Manager (Middle East, Africa and Pakistan), General Manager – APL Emirates, Managing Director – APL Dubai as well as a 3 year assignment managing Western India for APL.

• He also has experience on various industry working committees and chaired the LWC of Shipping Lines in the UAE
