Happy Grand Opening & Welcome to our beautiful community of Palms at Serenoa! The management team here at Access Management has been eagerly awaiting this moment and we are so excited to finally welcome all of the new residents to this wonderful community! All these months of planning and hard work has been all for you. We are so passionate about making our residents feel valued and that they have made the right choice to live in such a wonderful place. Palms at Serenoa truly has it all! At Serenoa there are endless opportunities for community events, activities and outings specifically designed with keeping your best "Lifestyle" in mind; all with the convenience of a low-maintenance home. Aside from the amazing recreational facilities that D.R. Horton has planned for your beauftiful community, the Palms at Serenoa HOA will include landscaping maintenance for your home, 24-hour guard gated access, and the enjoyment of living your best life!

LifestyleThe Palms at Serenoa is committed to creating a wonderful nourishing environment for our residents. We have so many passionate people here who will help this community blossom and grow as we continue to come together and build this active community. Every single one of you are a part of making magic here by getting involved and participating as residents in the plethora of activities and events inside and around the Serenoa community.
And it’s all just for you! As Walt Disney would say, “If you can dream it, then you can do it!”
As this community continues to expand we want to make sure that every resident feels like Serenoa is their home. We will be featuring events around the area and arranging group activities and field trips to see all the wonderful things Central Florida has to offer! Soon we will be arranging “Disney Days” for our residents where we will be getting group discounted rates to enter the parks to see the glamorous offerings for the holidays.
We are committed to bringing you quality events but we also need your participation! We encourage you to get involved and sign up. We also want to hear your suggestions and feedback for future events and activities!

Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards
officially opened in Clermont, Florida in 8989
headed by Gary Cox, as General Partner,
with a small group of investors based out of
Lafayette Vineyards in Tallahassee. The native
varieties of the red Noble, bronze
Carlos and Welder Muscadines, along with
Florida hybrid bunch grapes including Stover,
Suwannee, and Blanc Du Bois are all grown
at the 127-acre Lakeridge Winery Estate,
with and an additional 450 acres owned at
Prosperity Vineyards in the Florida panhandle,
and 200 acres under contract throughout Florida.
