These documents cover the events that have taken place in the Spanish airspace since the first observed in San Javier (Murcia) in 1962, to the last one in 1995 in Morón (Sevilla).

1.2 TV

- X-Files was back on the air Thursday, February 25 on M6,

- the DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) channel No. 23, broadcasting series dealing with ufology as Hangar 1, almost disappeared. But the French "Conseil d'État" decided to set aside the decision of the CSA to withdraw its authorization from the company operating the channel Numéro 23. The main shareholder of the company had committed fraud to the law by requesting an authorization not in respect of the terms "to develop a television service" but only to realize a significant added value by selling its shares.

- "David Vincent and the Invaders", a link to the series was given to us by Michel Vanbockestal,

- the "Mystère" (Mystery) series, the theme of which is abduction and crop circles, is on AB1 every Thursday evening. (Anne-Marie Prieto, Claude Lavat),

- "Les Anciens Astronautes" (ancient aliens), series broadcast on RMC Découverte (TV of Radio Monte-Carlo),

- MUFON has appealed to its members to participate in a cast for a new MUFON-based TV series.

1.3 Radio

- RTL (Radio TV Luxembourg) has let out a statement announcing a broadcast hosted by Jacques Pradel (affair of the Roswell mummy) addressing the UFO phenomenon without derision. But RTL does not go over to the other side, they made up for it a few weeks later by publishing another article that does not let appear serious aspect when considering the UFO theme. RTL remains a key player in the embargo on truth.

1.4 Magazines

- a reminder of the first appearance of Marilyn Monroe on the cover of LIFE Magazine in April 1952, titled: "There is a case for interplanetary saucers" (Georges Metz, Guy Loterre, Jacky Kozan in reaction to a message of François Bourbeau)

- liquidation of the company LDLN (Lumières Dans la Nuit - Lights In The Night) of Laurent and Sylvie Boulanger who had decided to continue the work of Joel Mesnard. Attention, it is the company which is liquidated, not the magazine LDLN which was relaunched under the title of "Lumières Diurnes Lumières Nocturnes" (diurnal lights nocturnal lights) by Jean-Louis Lagnau (Claude Lavat, Michel Turco, Robert Roussel, Sylvain Matisse, Gérard Nouzille, Gilles Durand and Jacky Kozan),

- we note the beginning of an evolution of a part of the press, the magazine "La Recherche" deals with extraterrestrial life without a prior derision (Claude Lavat),

- VSD ("Vendredi Samedi Dimanche", meaning "Friday, Sturday, Sunday"), which published the first editions of the COMETA report, published in July an article on UFOs (Claude Lavat and Jacky Kozan),

- SCIENCE ET VIE, which has always mocked the UFO subject, has just published a special issue of a hundred pages entitled "EXTRATERRESTRES" exposing, in a dozen articles, the questions relating to the possibility of extraterrestrial lives and the possible link with the UFO problem (Claude Lavat, Gilles Durand, Vasilia Pasturel, Sylvain Matisse, Jean-Pierre Troadec, Michel Vanbockestal, Anne-Marie Prieto and Jacky Kozan),

- Courrier international of 13/Jul/16 published 7 pages, excerpts of the press of the world on the E.T. subject. The exobiology, with ufology in background, is seriously considered. The subject is understood as a scientific theme. Very good iconography with original and humorous photo montage (Jean-Pierre Troadec).

- Le Monde Diplomatique of August 2016 devotes its front page to "extraterrestrial conversations" (Jean-Pierre Troadec),

- Mickey Giant released this summer 3 comics on the subject of extraterrestrials and inspired by the film MEN IN BLACK. Alien culture is part of the world of children ... (Jean-Pierre Troadec),

- a new magazine GENIUS, released in August, dedicated its front page to extraterrestrials: "LA CHASSE AUX ALIENS EST OUVERTE" [The alien hunting season is open] (Jean-Pierre Troadec),

- another good example of the rejection of reality by "Ciel et Espace" which does not hesitate to comment on a news going in the direction of a sign of life elsewhere than on Earth. Extracts:

"...but they (the scientists who made the publication) did not do their duties" (note the "ies"!). The researchers would not have analyzed how each step of their analysis could affect their outcome. In the immediate future, it will be necessary to await further observations to see if there are any anomalies in the observed spectra. And even if they were verified, one would have to make sure that there is really no physical phenomenon capable of explaining such an anomaly."

1.5 Daily press

- surprising good reaction of the written press in general (France and International) after the publication of the UFO files of the CIA when the TV series X-files was broadcast (Gilles Durand, Claude Lavat, Michel Vanbockestal and Jacky Kozan )

- disinformation by the newspaper l'Est Républicain with the publication of "the extraordinary psychosis around the flying saucers that reigned at the end of 1954 in Lorraine". After our firm reaction, the journalist expressed his willingness to receive further information (Jacky Kozan Georges Metz and Claude Lavat).

1.6 Conferences

- GEIPAN at Ovnis-Paris on 12/4/2016 on the occasion of the departure of Xavier Passot. According to the Geipan there would have been no wave in 1954, not any remarkable event on 5/11/90, there were only mentally ill witnesses ... This presentation triggered reactions of ufologists and the Academy of Ufology sent registered letters requesting explanations to the Geipan and the CNES management. Answers were obtained on the form of our requests but nothing on the substance of the speech held at Ovnis-Paris (Guy Loterre, Claude Lavat, Christian Comtesse and Jacky Kozan)

- UFOs are back in the Walloon sky: here are the proofs! (Michel Vanbockestal)

- The ALIEN Convention in Santa Clara California (Silicon Valley) 28th to 30th October 2016. The world of the Show-Biz and the Military took charge. 2 days ago Nick Pope announced his participation in this convention that no one had heard of. It had to be organized in a short time. The urgency to disclose is confirmed.

- Wednesday, November 30, 2016: "UFOs and the COMETA report by one of its editors" with Christian Marchal (Claude Lavat).

2. Follow-up of astronomical news- first probe arrived on Pluto and first images with already observations interpreted as abnormal (Vasilia Pasturel).

- a new communication announcing the discovery of a 9th planet of the solar system, while this info, concerning the same celestial object, was officially announced 7 years ago by NASA.

- The magazine of Beirut "L'Orient-Le Jour" published that a powerful radio signal in space relaunches the extraterrestrial quest - Detection of a "powerful signal" by a Russian telescope in 2015, the signal comes from the Hercules constellation (HD164595) at about 95 light years from Earth, it was detected on 15 May 2015 by the RATAN-600 radio telescope in the Russian Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, near the border with Georgia, by the astronomer Nikolai Bursov of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

3. Follow-up of astrophysical news- the comet Catalina has passed 100 million kilometers from Earth.

- SETI is changing its search strategy for extraterrestrial civilizations but continues to look for a life that would resemble our own... (Claude Lavat, Jacky Kozan)

4. Follow-up of current research in physics- exchanges on the physics of information (Claude Lavat, Jacky Kozan)

- physicists claim to have identified a "fifth force" that would be added to the four that science recognizes today.

The Large Hadron Collider of the CERN has detected a signal that would correspond to a new particle, which no theory had predicted. Would this be the "Neguentron" proposed by Claude Lavat? The recently published edition of SCIENCE & VIE nr 11184 contains a very well documented and educational article on the very probable discovery of a particle temporarily named "particle X", discovered at the LHC in December 2015. The characteristics of this particle observed up to now, render it totally incompatible with the Standard Model and does not correspond to any particle of the bestiary, yet very lined with particles conforming to this model. The only hypotheses envisaged as an escape from this problem would be the existence of a new force in addition to the 4 known forces or the existence of an additional dimension in which gravitation, such as that proposed by General Relativity, would have to be reformulated (Claude Lavat, Michel Turco, Sylvain Matisse and Jacky Kozan).

5. International Collaboration- Café Ufológico RIO54 - Members of the Academy of Ufology in Argentina have done an excellent job, in particular, in animating the ufological meetings of Buenos Aires at the Rio 54 coffee. Thanks to Rubén Morales and Mario Lupo. We regularly receive invitations to meetings and reports.

- Gérard Lebat's private visit to Argentina at the beginning of the year. Thanks to Rubén Morales who welcomed him and accompanied him during his visits. Here is an excerpt from what Gérard wrote:

"- To arrive in Buenos Aires, for a French ufologist, it is a bit like coming from another planet and I was really very often taken for an extraterrestrial visitor! In addition, a NON STOP program throughout Argentina, for three weeks, in fact more than 5000 miles in the rental car, was an unrealistic idea and an unrealistic project. The first French ufologist to visit Argentina has been researcher Jacques Vallée, also received by Professor Ruben Morales many decades ago."

- NEWS OF THE CERPI IN REAL TIME, Michel Vanbockestal, member of the Academy of Ufology in Belgium regularly sends us his newsletter very dense, well documented and rich in important information for ufologists.

- relay of Stephen Bassett's action from the Paradigm Research Group (PRG) to Hillary Clinton as part of his US presidential bid and his involvement in the Rockefeller initiative. The action was expanded to direct pressure on President Obama to make the "disclosure" before the end of his term. For this, a constant pressure is put on the American and English press so that it dares to question the Presidency on this subject. In parallel Stephen Bassett meets with members of the Congress and the Senate. Big success in the English and American press of which some big draw titles on the disclosure that Obama intends to make before the end of its mandate. But, eventually, President Obama left the White House without taking the risk of getting into trouble just before leaving. We do not know the intentions of President Trump. We must await the arrival of the new head of Internal Security to try to subdue the future attitude of the US leaders.

- The publications by wikileaks of John Podesta's e-mail (former Counselor to Bill Clinton, Obama and Counselor to Hillary Clinton during his presidential campaign), revealed a disclosure campaign for the youth, by Tom Delonge (rocker) helped by a dozen of specialists of Pentagon. Great things happen in preparation for Disclosure. Working on Disclosure with Tom DeLonge are: Dr. Neil McCasland, Commanding Officer of the US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Base in Dayton, Ohio. He is responsible of a 2.2 billion dollars budget of the Science and Technology programs ; Major General Michael J. Carey, Special Assistant to the Commander of the Air Force Space Command, Peterson Base, Colorado; Robert F. Weiss, Vice President and Managing Director, Advanced Aerospace Development Programs, Lockheed Martin Corporation (SkunkWorks). He is stationed at area 51 and probably his first client.

Tom DeLonge, as a singer and guitarist, participated in the six studio albums of Blink-182, a band he founded in 1992 with bassist Mark Hoppus. DeLonge founded in 2005 an alternative rock band, Angels & Airwaves, with whom he has since released five albums. - announcement by the UK Ministry of Defense of the publication in 2016 of the remaining UFO records. Nick Pope confirmed the information by stating that they would contain important documents leading to disclosure. It should be noted that the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Ms Theresa May, has a good knowledge of the UFO files disclosure because in 2012 she had refused the extradition to the US of the hacker-ufologist Gary Mac Kinnon, who risked a penalty of 70 years in prison.

- co-operation with MUFON is dormant due to divergences of appreciation of the actions that the ufologists must take. MUFON focuses on investigations of observations and archiving. The Academy of Ufology tries to intervene with the political world so that it removes the embargo on the truth concerning the UFO phenomenon. The task is enormous because the current policies will not evolve, so first evacuate the politicians and replace them with others, which involves prior training of citizens to choose their next ballot papers ( Guy Loterre, François Bourbeau, Rubén Morales, Michel Plantier).

- in Argentina, the discreet burial of the CEFAE, which had investigated only 12 cases in 2 years. These cases are explained by the moon, stars, birds, etc. (Ruben Uriarte)

- publication of the NARCAP study on 600 cases observations made by pilots

- Philip Mantle proposed to entrust his documents on the film ALIEN AUTOPSY ARCHIVE (known as the autopsy of the Roswell mummy). Phil Jarman who initiated the case had written to Philip Mantle to explain how all had started.

- near Moscow Vnukovo Airport a square UFO flew near an Airbus with passengers. Airbus pilots flying from Krasnodar to Moscow Vnukovo Airport noticed an unidentified flying object of unusual shape. - we received a testimony from Tunisia: "in 2014 around 11 pm, a gray cylinder not brilliant to an altitude not high enough to overtake the top of the fir trees, it passed over them and then disappeared, no engine noise . The witness explained that in his country talking about UFO is very difficult and no one takes you seriously. He sought to make contact with local ufologists whom French ufologists could recommend to him.

- UFOs in Germany, a lot of work has been done on the basis of a database (UFO-Datenbank.de) of DEGUFO (German company for Ufological research) and data and information collected by PED, (Study of the UFO Phenomenon). It is an interactive visualization of the data which concerns a period from 1945 to spring 2016 (Michel Turco, Sylvain Matisse, Robert Roussel).

8. Political implications- Permanent debate on the disclosure: are we close of it? It can not take place ... opinions are divided.

- presentation of Mister Passot and Mister Aguttes of the Geipan at OVNI-Paris. The presentation to ufologists took place in at the Cafeteria du Comptoir Casino in Paris-La Défense, on April 12, 2016 at 7:30 pm. In reaction after the presntation, letters of protest have been sent to the CNES management and to the GEIPAN ( Michel Vanbockestal, Jean-Claude Venturini, Gérard Nouzille, Georges Metz and Jacky Kozan),

- a law that would allow prosecution of journalists who publish documents without the consent of the owner. On Thursday 14 April at noon, the European Parliament voted overwhelmingly in

- in a debate on the goodwill of the press in general with regard to the UFO phenomenon, we discovered that the French press benefits largely of the financing from the Government, in terms of the number of beneficiaries and the amount of the subsidies. The Cour des Comptes has published a document which concerns more than 200 newspapers in which it can be seen that, for example, Le Figaro between 2009 and 2011 has received more than 17 million euros per year. At the top of the list, the first beneficiaries (Le Monde, Le Figaro, Libération, Le Nouvel Obs, l'Express) are also the most determined to treat ufology in derision. One hour before the accident, two pilots of a Turkish airliner were approached at 60 cm (sixty centimeters) by a UFO that projected a green beam and suddenly disappeared.
