CustomizingEach of your employees represents the image of your company. All garments will be customized with the Cleveland Clinic logo on the right chest. Satisfaction GuaranteeEvery garment from Arrow Uniform is guaranteed to meet customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, it must be returned within 30 days and we will credit your account. However, if you would like a new garment a new PO number will have to be submitted. (Please see Return/Exchange policy for additional information) Returns/ExchangesWe do not accept customized garments to be returned unless they are defective.
