BESPOKE PRODUCTION

Our production plants have the capacity to

manufacture made-to-measure cleanroom

enclosures, exactly as they were originally designed

in the plans. This avoids later changes to the

structures, the elements or their dimensions.

LOGISTICS MADE SIMPLE

We take charge of managing the shipment of each

manufactured system to any location, anywhere

around the world and we advise our clients on the

corresponding customs formalities.

Our technical solutions for packaging not only ensure

the integrity of the components during transport,

they also optimise the space in each package or

container.

CONTROLLED INSTALLATION

We ensure that the assembly is carried out correctly

with each project:

• All components are delivered accompanied by an

installation manual and a complete packing list,

which gives our clients an accurate view of how

the installation of their project will be carried out.

• Remote technical assistance before, during and

after each installation.

• Full assembly or supervised assembly options to

ensure the correct on-site installation.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING

We offer two training modes for on-site assembly

and maintenance.

• Training is provided to the assembly team by

a Project Supervisor before and during the

installation and start-up on site.

• The staff is trained on the correct use of the

components of the clean room, as well as the

recommended cleaning routines.

VERSATILE

WIDE RANGE OF MATERIALS AND FINISHES

We offer an ample range of vertical modular panels,

windows, doors and self-supporting ceilings. We

produce panels injected with PUR or PIR

(polyurethane or polyisocyanurate), with rock wool,

honeycomb or polystyrene EPS/XPS cores, covered

with coated steel or phenolic resin, with different

finishes, depending on the required certifications.

R&D FOR SPECIAL NEEDS

Our R&D department can develop technical

solutions with special measurements and features,

according to the required specifications. Ask for

STRUCTURAL

Our vertical panels and “walk-on” ceilings make

it possible to create self-supporting structural

solutions for technical areas without the need of

construction work.

We have different ceiling suspension systems that

adapt to the existing space and structure. We offer

solutions for special requirements, such as areas at

risk of earthquakes.

RESISTANT AND IMMACULATE

PURE TECH SYSTEMS is available in several

different colours and finishes that enable our

clients to create distinctive spaces in accordance to

their corporate image.

Our enclosures do not release particles into the

environment, prevent dirt from accumulating and

are easy to clean. The surfaces and joints are

smooth, airtight and free of any grooves, dead spots

or protrusions to help control air leaks.

VERSATILE, MODIFIABLE AND MOVABLE

Thanks to its versatility PURE TECH SYSTEMS can

be used in spaces of any size, allowing posterior

adjustments to the initial layout. The elements

can even be moved between different areas or to

other sites without any structural changes. Each

system can be set up, taken down and reassembled

effortlessly and time efficiently without damage to

the main components.

EUROPEAN CONFORMITY Our PUR- and PIR-core panels have earned the European conformity mark.

EUROCLASSESWe offer a wide range of panels certified according to the European Euroclass system, which classifies building materials according to their reaction to fire and fire performance. The respective classifications have been obtained after passing rigorous tests and trials in certified laboratories and our products comply with the latest regulations and legal requirements for this type of panels.

FM APPROVEDOur PIR panel (Frigopap) has been FM Approved by an official authorised laboratory in the United States, after having passed the strictest tests required for this international certification.Standard FM 4882 governs smoke-sensitive rooms.
