Emergency Medical & Legal Service

To make sure you get help when you need it most, we have added emergency assistance services to our Platinum and Gold Credit Cards package to support you and any immediate family when you are travelling together outside of your principal country of residence for up to 90 days. Complimentary medical services include medical telephone advice, referral to a local medical service provider and the monitoring of a medical condition both during and after hospitalization.

Just call +44 20 8762 8008 to speak to an International SOS operator. They will be able to refer you to appropriate emergency *medical and legal services anywhere in the world, in addition to providing travel information, technical help, interpreters and many other services.

* The medical and legal assistance service is available only on travel outside the cardholders’ normal country of residence and where at least 50% of the cost of the travel tickets has been paid for on a Visa Platinum or Gold card.

We have partnered with a very reputed company o� ering Emergency Roadside Assistance service for our valued Credit Card customers. Our customers would receive roadside assistance services like tyre change, towing, battery boost, fuel delivery and lock out services. Also included is the unique bene� t of car registration and rent-a-car service. Our preferred partner has a 24x7 call centre which will o� er Toll Free service to our credit cardholders when they need any of the above services. All you need to do is purchase the tickets and hotel stay using your Credit Card.

Purchase Protection and Extended Warranty

Purchase protection delivers another important bene� t on your Platinum Credit Card. It provides short-term protection against theft and accidental damage for purchases you’ve made with your Platinum card. So should the unexpected happen, you can enjoy extra peace of mind!

Extended warranty protects goods you’ve purchased with an automatic extension of the manufacturer’s or retailer’s warranty for up to 24 months from when you bought the item. The warranty is available on a range of goods including household electrical appliances. Together these privileges o� er sound protection against those little things that can go wrong every day, sparing you hassle and stress.

Flexible Repayments

Your welcome letter will indicate the Card limit you can enjoy. On a monthly basis you will receive your card statement. We o� er you the facility of paying as low as 5% on your Gold & Platinum card and only 10% on your Classic card of the utilized amounts within 25 days from statement date. You can plan your payments by paying the minimum required as per statement and the balance at your convenience.

Your Privileges Entitle You To:Vehicle Towing Service

In case of a breakdown or an accident IMC will tow the vehicle to the nearest garage within city limits for the customers. Towing service shall not include pullout services from deep sand, inside or underground multi storey car parking and those requiring special equipment.

Battery Boost Service

Where the vehicle’s battery is dead for whatever reason, IMC will jump start the vehicle to enable the members to carry on with their journey (No new battery or replacement of battery will be provided by IMC), or will tow the vehicle to the nearest garage within city limits for the members.

Flat Tyre Service

IMC will change the � at tyre with a spare tyre. If no spare tyre is available, IMC will tow the vehicle to the nearest garage within city limits for members (No new tyre and /or replacement of tyre will be provided by IMC).

Lock Out Service

If key is locked inside the vehicle, IMC will make an attempt to gain access to key to enable the member to carry on with their journey. IMC will tow the vehicle to the nearest garage within city limits for the members.

On Road Emergency Fuel Delivery

IMC will deliver emergency fuel direct to the member, the service is provided free of charge however the member will have to bear the fuel charge.

Discounted International Driving License

Members can visit IMC o� ce and avail a discounted international driving license at AED 135/-. Member is required to provide a valid UAE driving licence, 2 passport photographs, passport copy and � ll out an application form. For details on location and other speci� cs, members are required to call the toll free number.

O� - Road Recovery Services

* Free o� - road recovery service will be provided a maximum of 3 times per year to card members. O� - road recovery from desert or beach is only provided during day light and only if a break down occurs during the normal course of driving. Vehicles participating in any desert event or rally are excluded. The time required to reach the customer for o� road recovery depends on the location and accessibility to the location of the vehicle.

Rent A Car Service

*Free rent a car will be provided for 24 hours only in conjunction with a road accident to members only. This service will be provided only when the member’s vehicle is met with an accident deemed immovable and towed by IMC.

Car Registration Service:

*Free vehicle registration renewal service will be provided to card member’s one service per year applicable to one car. The reservation must be done with IMC 48 hours prior to registration. In order to avail the free car registration renewal service the member must provide the documents and information required by the tra� c department. The customer is also responsible for all the settlement of all tra� c � nes and other tra� c department charges.IMC will collect the vehicle key and documents from the member from a single location as mutually agreed.

You and your family will be automatically protected against Accidental Death, Medical Expenses for Accident / Sickness, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Flight Delay when you pay your or your family’s travel fare through Al hilal bank Card. Our travel and personal accident cover is a worldwide, annual multi trip Takaful policy that automatically protects you and your family from the time of departure on the travel ticket till the date of return or 30 days from date of departure whichever is earlier, against travel inconveniences as outlined on the next page depending on the card type.

The vehicles will be collected only from the city in which they are registered and the renewal service is applicable for a single attempt only. In case of failure in passing the car on inspection, the car will be returned with the comments of the inspection o� ce. The service will only be provided once a year and any subsequent services are not free of charge, however the customer can avail the service at a nominal fee of AED 100.00 per additional runs. The vehicle registration renewal service does not apply to export sale or transfer of vehicle nor does it apply to any commercial vehicles or motor cycles.
