Introduction


Solutions by Retrofitting the Machine TableThe machine table is retrofitted by installing a Steel-Plate on a grid plate. For grid tables, the existing grid can beused. Flat and console tables require an intermediate plate with grid. The grid can also be milled directly into aflat table. The integrated vacuum grooves avoid separate hosing. The vacuum blocks can be freely positioned onthe Steel-Plate.

Reduce Set-up Times, Increase FlexibilityThe Schmalz Matrix-Plate guarantees minimal set-uptimes when clamping flat workpieces with flat under -sides on CNC machining centers.
