PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Moncton is considering amending the Zoning By-Law Z-213.
The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law amendment, being By-law Z-213.64 is to rezone PID 70569454 from R2 (Two Unit Dwelling Zone) to P1 (Community Use Zone).
The proposed amendment would accommodate the new YMCA Moncton North End Community Centre.
A meeting to consider written objections to the proposed change will be held on March 18, 2019 at 4 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB.
The proposed amending by-laws may be viewed by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Urban Planning Department, 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB.
Any person who wishes to speak for or against the written objections is entitled to be heard.
Objections shall be addressed to the City Clerk, 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB, E1C 1E8, or submitted via e-mail at [email protected].
