A Family Perspective: The demands of family can be so overwhelming we feel walking on water would be easier. When Jesus was pressured, He dismissed everyone, so He could be “by himself and pray”. �When overwhelmed and stressed, go to a quiet place and surrender your pressured feelings to the Lord using Peter’s prayer in today’s gospel, “Lord, save me”.�

8:45 am and 11:15 am as well as on Wednesdays from !6pm�7pm. Kindergarten thru Confirmation. There is limited availability for pre�kindergarten children on a first come basis.!!
Class again will be held on Wednesday from 6:30�7:30 starting September 20th for grades K�6 and Sunday nights, starting on September 17th from 5:30 pm�7 pm.!!
The fee is $25. for one child and $45.per family.!!
Should a child be making a Sacrament this year (First Communion or Confirmation) a Baptism certificate will be required in order to make the Sacrament.!!

100th Year Anniversary !of Our Lady of Fatima�� A procession for the Anniversary will commence on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 1:30 pm. Procession will begin at St. Mary of Mt.Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Church in Utica. We will proceed up Mohawk St., turn right onto Bleecker St. to historic Old St. Johns Church.�Procession will include a Holy Trinity dove release, helium balloon release, a giant scapular and rosary, three children portraying the Fatima seers and a procession cart beautifully decorated to carry our Blessed Lady of Fatima statue.� We are encouraging all priests, nuns, deacons and laity to attend. Your presence will help make this a “special day” in honor of our most Holy Blessed Mother of God. Please join us and may God Bless you.�
