The t rip to the British museum wa s an exc iting and fac tua l trip .

We looked a t the a ma zing a rtefa c ts as we ll as doing some fun

    activities.

The favourite p a rt wa s whe n we went into a room with roc k slabs

tha t were from the Parthenon in Athens, they had p ic tures of

    Greek wa rriors fight ing . What w e ha d to d o w as re-enac t a sc e-

tion to o! My friends and I c hose a c ava lry sc ene and one of us had to kneel on the floor and

    pretended to b e a horse.

In one of the roo ms there was a Greek tem ple w hic h wa s ama zing a s it was eno rmo us. Alt-houg h the sta tues on it were hea dless I thoug ht it show ed how anc ient it wa s and how we

are still ab le to look at it nea rly 2000 yea rs la ter. The wa y you c ould look around and explore

the a rtefac ts and ima gine them being used b y

a Greek many yea rs ag o w as astonishing.

I rea lly enjoyed the trip and I tha nk all the

tea chers who orga nised it and too k us there.
