In 1978, SUPERMAN was released. Christopher Reeve played the role of Clark Kent, who was secretly Superman.

PARALYZED

When Christopher Reeve was 42 he was paralyzed from his shoulders on down. He was on his horse and it began to jump with him on it and he fell. This was a very sad day for Chris and his family. Dana was very supportive.

REEVE FOUNDATION

Chris and his wife createda foundation for spinal cord problems. They did this because after Chris got paralyzed it interested them.
