the first degree, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about April 1,

2013, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, acting with another, forcibly stole US

Currency and a cell phone owned by F.L. and in the course thereof , another participant in the crime

displayed and threatened the use of what appeared to be a deadly weapon.

physical injury to P.W. and was done for the purpose of committing such assault.

2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows:

On April 1, 2013, F.L., F.L. and F.L. son responded to 46XX Bessie to view and possibly purchase anSUV they had seen listed on Craigslist. The victims had communicated with the seller via text messageregarding the address and time. The defendant approached the victims and asked them to come to thealley to purchase the vehicle. They refused and requested he bring the vehicle to the street. Thedefendant disappeared behind the home and shortly thereafter two individuals approached the vehicleOne individual pointed a gun at F.L. and ordered him out of the vehicle. He ordered F.L. to give him hismoney and took a cell phone and US Currency. F.L. and his juvenile son were also ordered from the

vehicle by a second individual. This individual searched F.L. and took $2500. The two individuals thenfled in F.L. Chevy pickup truck. The defendant admitted to me that he facilitated the robbery by postingthe Craigslist ad, contacting and corresponding with the victims, and meeting them on April 1, 2013. Healso stated that he coordinated and orchestrated the robbery with the other suspects.

On April 3, 2013, P.W., J.W., and D.B. responded to 44XX Elmbank Avenue to view and possiblypurchase a vehicle they had seen listed on Craigslist. Victim W. had communicated with the seller othe vehicle regarding the address and time to meet. They arrived at 44XX Elmbank. They observed twoindividuals walking past the vehicle. These individuals then turned around and approached the vehicleD.R. approached the driver side and pointed a gun at the vehicle. The driver, P.W., placed the vehiclein drive and the D.R. fired multiple shots at the vehicle, striking P.W. in the face and back. Several other

bullet holes were located in the vehicle. The defendant admitted to facilitating and orchestrating therobbery. He also admitted that he was present in the alley.
