This year of 2014 is slowly drawing to a close, and we find ourselves in the season

of Advent – that time of expectation and hope for the future. We remember the

Infant Jesus, born into a delicate and transitional age. And we find ourselves in a

delicate and transitional age as well – with many of the same fears, hopes and

expectations that Jesus came to know as he matured and grew in his time.

This same Jesus we know as our Saviour – the One who holds all of the ages of the

human family in the palm of his hand. He is our hope for the future, and our

comforter and friend in the present.

I pray for everyone who shares in some way our Passionist identity – those who

are religious men and women and those laity who make up the broader Passionist

Family. May this Christmas be a time of peace for each of you – and a time of

challenge as well. We have many reasons to be thankful, and chief among them

being that our identification with the Crucified Jesus remains our constant

motivation in our life in common and our mission in the Church of the 21st

Century.

May we continue to be blessed by the same Jesus whom we remember in a

particular way these days prior to the celebration of the Nativity of the Lord.

I wish that the coming of the Infant Jesus will become a real joy,

A real peace and a real consolation to all Passionists in PASPAC.

Especially I pray that bambino Jesus will give a healing, a courage and a comfort to

the brothers who are suffering.

Bugtong na Anak bilang kalahi nating tao at nanahan sa ating kasamahan. Ang Diyos na pag-ibig ay naging Tao at nanahan sa atin, bilang pakita ng Diyos paano mamuhay tayo bilang tao, katawang pinagharian ng pag ibig. I am one with you in your celebration of the Birth of our Savior and Lord. Indeed, God shows His love of us by sending His only begotten Son to become

Part of our human race who dwells in us. The Lord who is love became man And lived with us to exemplify how to live as humans, flesh ruled by love.

Hence, we must rejoice and celebrate because of Jesus. God said to us that He loves our race and He desires to be one with us today and forever.

Đây là một tin Vui cho tất cả mọi người trên thế giới cách chung và bản thân mỗi người cách riêng. Giáng Sinh không chỉ là thời gian để chúng ta đón nhận những lời chúc tốt lành, những

món quà ý nghĩa nhưng nó còn là thời gian để chúng ta nhìn nhận lại những gì chúng ta đã làm cho mình và cho tha nhân.

Một năm với nhiều niềm vui và nỗi buồn, nhưng chúng ta luôn tin rằng có Thiên Chúa đồng hành trên mọi chặng đường dương thế. Hòa cùng niềm vui đó, …. xin kính chúc tất cả những

người thân và bạn bè ở gần cũng như ở xa một Noel thật an lành, nhiều niềm vui và Hồng Ân từ Chúa Giesu Hài Đồng.

Chúc cho tất cả mọi người trên thế giới luôn hạnh phúc, những em nhỏ côi cút có một mái ấm tình thương, những người già bách niên giai lão, những người khó khăn cảm thấy được quan

tâm và những người đầy đủ hơn biết chia sẽ. Nguyện xin mọi điều an lành và may mắn đến với tất cả!

Christmas is a time to remember the birth of Jesus among us.

This is good news for everybody in the world in general and for each of us in particular. Christmas is not only the time for us to receive greetings and gifts but also the time for us to

look back at what we have done for ourselves and for everybody else. A year with lots of happiness as well as sorrow, but we always believe that on our journey God will always be there for us. Following that happy news we want to send greetings to all of our

relatives and friends near and far, a peaceful and happy Christmas, and especially grace from the Child Jesus.

We wish everybody in the world happiness, orphans a home, the elderly long life even to a hundred years, and the suffering people loving care. And we wish that those who have enough

will know how to share. Wishing a peaceful and lucky year to everybody.
