Christmas & New Year Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment 1. A £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required within 14 days of your booking to secure the booking. 2. All provisional bookings will be held for 14 days, and will be automatically released if a deposit is not paid by the arranged date. 3. All deposits are non transferable and cannot be used to cover drinks or accommodation. 4. All bookings must be paid for in full 6 weeks before the selected date. All payments are non-refundable once paid. 5. If you book within four weeks of your selected date, you will be required to pay the full balance on booking. 6. You may add guests to your booking at any time (subject to availability) 7. If you need to reduce numbers you will not receive a refund for any monies already paid. 8. If in the unlikely event we need to cancel a party, we will make you aware and offer you an alternative event or refund as we see necessary. 9. Minimum age for a person attending our party nights is 18 years 10. Management reserve the right to refuse entry to those whose behavior affects the health and safety of the hotel and its occupants 11. Minimum cheque amount is £20.00 (one organiser cheque per party is preferred). Food & Drinks 12. Pre-orders are required no later than 14 days prior to your event date 13. Only alcohol and any other beverages purchased on the premises can be consumed at the events 14. No alcohol or any other beverages can be brought onto the premises for consumption or prizes 15. In our function suite, tables under 10 may be shared 16.
