Ring in the New Year in style with an overnight stay at Clontarf Castle and dinner in the beautiful setting of Fahrenheit Restaurant.
Our New Years package includes:

• After dinner liquor in Knights Bar

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ChRiSTmAS PARTy NighTS PROviSiONAl BOOkiNg
• A provisional booking will be held for 14 days at which time the relevant deposit is required.
• If the event falls within 14 days full payment is required within 48 hours of the booking being made.
• If the booking is not confirmed after 14 days the booking shall be released without notice.
• The hotel is under no obligation to extend the booking, unless so confirmed by both parties.
PAymENT
• A deposit of 50% of the booking value must be received on confirmation of the booking. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full pre-payment is required one month in advance.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if full pre-payment is not received one month prior to the event.
• Proof of payment can only be confirmed on production of a valid receipt.
CONfiRmATiON Of NUmBERS
• In the event of a cancellation or reduction of numbers, money (deposit or full payment) cannot be offset against other services ie. beverage, wine or accommodation.
• Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability.
ACCOmmOdATiON
• Bookings and rates are subject to availability.
• All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.
• A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required at the time of booking, with the full pre-payment due one month in advance. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For group bookings of 10 or more bedrooms a contract will be issued stating terms and conditions.
gENERAl
• The hotel reserves the right to alter any dates or services within this brochure without prior notice.
• No food or beverage may be served or consumed on the premises unless they are supplied by the hotel.
• We cannot pre-allocate tables prior to the event or guarantee seating plans in advance. Smaller parties may have to share tables with other parties.
• The hotel reserves the right to withdraw any Christmas party from the programme if sufficient numbers are not booked. An alternative date will be offered.
