She has delivered county and schoolbased CPD on areas such as curriculum development, activelearning strategies, fieldwork, use of ICT, thinking skills, and humanities assessment/feedback. Christine has experience in conducting subject reviews, lesson observation and feedback, and supporting departmental selfevaluation and pre/post Ofsted action planning. An accredited School Improvement Partner, Christine has also carried out reviews and delivered subjectbased training at primary and secondary level in other local authorities. She was a Regional Subject Adviser for the SouthEast for the introduction of the new KS3 geography curriculum. Christine is author of several geography resources/articles, and maintains strong links with the professional associations for humanities subjects. Christine has over 20 years of experience in 

secondary education including whole‐school 

responsibilities, subject leadership and primary 

liaison roles, plus four years teaching in the primary 

sector.    As a school improvement consultant in 

Buckinghamshire, Christine has worked in a wide 

variety of school contexts on the development and 

delivery of individual, department and whole‐school
