Quality Training and DojosQuality begins with employee training. It all starts in a training Dojo, aJapanese term meaning “place of the way.”Time spent in the training rooms is designed to help maintain and elevate thequality of our products.

• Safety Dojo: Employees are required to attend basic safety training toensure continuous workplace safety and comply with environmental,health, and safety regulatory requirements.

• Brazing Dojo: Manual copper and aluminum brazing is a critical skillused to assemble heating and cooling products. Employees who are spe-cializing in brazing complete a program where they learn theory and cor-rect brazing techniques.

• Screw Gun Dojo: Operators are taught how to insert screws to ensurethe integrity of the connection. At the culmination of screw gun training,operators are expected to insert a certain number of flush screws in apredetermined time frame.

• Leak Detection Dojo: Specialists are trained to expertly operate the leakdetection equipment to properly administer leak detection tests on everyassembly line.

Additional Dojos: The facility has additional Dojos that offer general skillstraining, safety training, and product knowledge training.
