Chinabank wins Corporate Governance

AwardChina Banking Corporation (China Bank) was

again named as one of the best-governed publicly-listed companies in the Philippines by the Institute ofCorporate Directors (ICD).

The Bank is one of the top scorers in ICDs 2010Corporate Governance (CG) Scorecard, moving up tothe gold category from its position as silver awardee

last year. ICD cited only four banks among the 36 top-scoring companies, and China Bank is the only goldawardee among these banks. This is the third time thatICD distinguished China Bank.
