Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment, project management andurban development both locally and internationally, is seeking for the following position for its branch in Egypt:

Chief Executive Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategicdirection from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans.Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient and timely manner, thus addingvalue to the company business.Developed high level relationship with strategic partner and government entity’Implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the Company to meet commitments to allstakeholders.Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost­effectivemanagement of resources.Work towards extending the presence of products and services in the Egypt and MENA region and alsointernationally through strategic alliancesEnsure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with variousDepartment heads.Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, whileensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers and staff are rapidly informed of events thatwill have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.Give a direction to the process of culture building and re­enforcement and actively support the HR function inestablishing an appropriate, professional and people­friendly culture and work environment within thecompany.Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the company in business forums and public meetings,positioning the company’s image as a good corporate entity that practices effective corporate governance and

Job Requirements:

University degree in a business or engineering oriented discipline, preferably followed by an MBA or aprofessional qualification.At least 15 years’ experience in areas relevant to the company business (Real Estates Development) in thecorporate sector (preferably Real Estates institutions) with around 5 years in a senior or leading generalmanagement position.

Egyptian nationality candidate is needed, candidate must have experience within real estate development industry.
