Chia Pudding
~ 2 cups coconut, almond, or other non-dairy milk
~ 1/2 cup chia seeds
~ 1/4 cup shredded coconut
~ 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
~ 2 teaspoons cinnamon
To Make:
Whisk ingredients together in a glass container with a lid. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set.
(The recipe is vegan and gluten-free!)
