Our Story
In May 2010, Robyn and Dallas Jones
opened the first CherryBerry Self-Serve
Yogurt Bar. Both police officers during a
layoff crisis, the Jones’ wanted to begin a
small, family-owned business that would
support their family of five children. With
no original intention of expanding, the
Jones’ were met with success as their first
store began to boom in the Broken Arrow
market. After being approached many
times concerning expansion, the Jones’
made the decision to begin expanding
the CherryBerry brand.
Two years later, CherryBerry has more than
100 locations, with 56 on the way and
many more locations currently
under contract.

Our YogurtWe offer over 50 premium rotating
healthy and fat-free frozen yogurt flavors
and over 50 toppings. Our frozen yogurt
comes from real dairy, not a powdered
mix, meaning it’s creamier, thicker and
slow to melt. In addition to our traditional
blends, we are excited to also introduce
the high demand and industry leading
protein-infused “ProYo” Yogurt options, as
well as the healthy yet indulgent Greek
line of yogurts.

Our LocationsEach CherryBerry location is proposed
by the store owner, then thoughtfully
reviewed by the CherryBerry corporate
team.
Once a site has been selected, the
CherryBerry corporate team will provide
the owner with the means necessary to
develop a successful CherryBerry location.
From site approval, to flexible plan designs
to assistance and support throughout the
build out process, CherryBerry guides the
owner toward many venues.
Our ExpansionDallas and Robyn Jones have seen
phenomenal growth with the CherryBerry
throughout the past two years and
not only are experienced within the
franchising world but also have an
experienced team equipped with the skills
necessary for international expansion.
CherryBerry’s mission and vision will stay
consistent across international markets,
but the models within each market will
have the flexibility to meet the needs of
the area.

Our SupportTraining
CherryBerry is pleased to offer our
business opportunity and worldwide
expansion program to International
Franchise Partners who are
established in business in their country
and experienced in franchising
other brands within the market. One
of the most important aspects of
any business is the way people are
engaged to deliver the brand to fulfill
customers’ needs. Training of staff
and ongoing quality management
of staff through continual store
development is of primary focus to
CherryBerry.
There is a support team that will
help the Franchise Partner with
problems and opportunities that
arise, including lease negotiations,
store design, as well as pre-opening
and ongoing training involved with a
CherryBerry store.
This thorough program is implemented
in three stages: before, during and after
opening.
Comprehensive operations manuals
have been developed and
implemented which cover all aspects
of operations and standards within the
franchise.
Marketing
CherryBerry understands the
importance of brand consistency,
promotions, advertising and the value
of a strategic annual marketing plan.
We offer standard branding materials,
Grand Opening materials, ongoing
promotions and programs, quarterly
campaigns, and custom projects. There
are also opportunities to join Local/
Regional Advertising and Marketing
Coops, or even our national Marketing
Committee, a steering committee
that provides insights and ideas to the
corporate marketing team.
Our PartnersWe are offering the opportunity to anyone
with the willingness to follow a proven
system and the passion to pursue

If you are interested in a larger scope
of expansion and ownership, you may
consider qualifying as a CherryBerry
Development Agent (DA, also known as a
Master Franchisee). Our DA’s are able to
fulfill or outsource the following criteria:
• Key functional areas of experience:
accounting, tax, legal, store design and
operations
• Ability to build and lead an
Independent organization within an
operational and marketing department
• Access to desirable real estate or
shopping centres, knowledge of local
property markets and prime locations
• Public relation experience & market
contacts
• Detailed knowledge of local culture &
consumer
• Knowledge of local business practices
• Financial resources
Our AgreementOur agreement will generally be
comprised of several factors relating to
the franchisor, including the following:
• The rights to be granted and the term
• Territory
• Exclusivity
• Performance schedule, piloting,
adapting the system
• Franchise fees
• Support & Training
• Advertising
