Holidays and the 2010 riding season we all had.

We will have a short meeting about the 2011 riding season and also the info for our

Winter Getaway Tom will have this at this time.

Hope to see you all at this time for some fun and just hanging out with your fellow

riders.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL

Bonnie & I would like to wish all of you and your families a very

Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy the day with your family and friends.

2010 Riding Season Re-cap

Well the 2010 riding season is over for most of us and I think we had a

great year of riding with Friends. We had 12 weekend rides and some

big rides also. Way to go everyone.I think this proves we all are having fun riding with each other on long ,

short or day trips and that is what this group is all about. Having fun.

I will be pulling together our list of rides for 2011 and will bring it to

the X-mas party for all to see and add to. So start thinking of a ride

you would like to take all of us on and add it to the calendar that I

will have at the Xmas party. I need all of your help to come up with new

rides or past rides you all would like to take the group on.

If you missed our rides this year you missed some very nice ones. Some

were very interesting like the Storm/ Tornado John, Nancy ,Bonnie and

I road into by New London. We pulled over in a guys yard and parked

next to his building for protection from the wind and rain and then left

after the storm to find Highway 54 closed because of trees down, trail-

ers flipped over and a lot of flooding on the roads but we made it OK.

Yes We all will end up on something likethis someday with all the riding we do.

Tom Blew his rear tire just as we

started or east trip. It blew by Grafton

Wis. just before Milwaukee and a nice

guy stopped and got a trailer and took

us to a shop he knew and we were back

on the road in 2 hours. That was fast.

Here Michele is doing some trick riding on theBlue ridge Parkway. We had a great trip like

always. I wish I could do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

When we were in Pensacola Florida onthis trip we ate here and had some of

the best seafood I have had in a long

time. Michele & I had blackened shrimpand even Tom had a very good hamburger

at a seafood place YUM YUM

Yes we had to take a side trip on ourway home to hit our favorite place to

eat . Hickory Parks for RIBS.

What a trip. Thanks Tom

I also work on all brands of bikes doing tune ups , Carb sync,Spark plugs, Brake re-

placement and general repairs. If I can do it I will tell you yes or no. Save money on

your repairs let me have a chance to work on your bike.

My Labor Charge is only $15.00 per hour



OTHER NEWS

RICK , Sue , Bonnie and I are planning a 27+ day trip out west next year. We will go to4 corners , Grand Canyon then out to the California coast and ride Highway 1 & 101 up to

Vancouver Canada then back across the top in Canada . We might get somewhere around

9000 miles. Talk about sore butts. I know we will have a great time . Looking forward to

it already.

Next years MTA Gathering will be in Cedar City Utah . Very nice riding area and the

price this year is down from past Gatherings.

If any of you can come up with some NEW ideas for this Group to do next year please

bring it up at the X-mas party so we can get things planed on the calendar. I would like to

get everything we would like to do next year on the calendar by the end of Feb 2011.

I would like to Thank all of you , members or not for all the input you have given me in

the past. It does make keeping this club interesting much easier with all your help. You

may not think something you suggest to me will help but it does , Remember This is

your group and we all have to work hard to keep it going and makeit fun. So keep the ideas coming and we will all have a fun full year ahead again.

What to do to Winterize

your motorcycle for winter 1.Change oil--differ. and rear gear lube.

2. Add fuel stabilizer--can also use sea foam.Run engine for 15 min. to circulate well through carbs. Top up gas tank.

3. Clean and wax bike.

4. Remove battery and store in basement--and charge monthly , Or put on battery tender

5. Pump up tires, and remove air from front shocks and rear shock.

6. Put up on stand or on some plywood under the tires.

7. Cover with loose sheets. Cover end of

mufflers to keep out mice.

8. Check tires for wear to see if you need new ones for next season. Plan ahead

rides so they can see what we are all about. This is the best way to get

new people to join up with our ideas that is to let them ride with us and they will stay with us. Hope to see some new faces this year.

local CHAPTER and you do not have to join the

National club to be part of the

Local Northeastern Wisconsin Touring Group.
