    Steps to format :

    1. Assume that the pendrive is inserted in the relevant disk drive

    2. Double-click on the My Computer icon

    3. Click on the icon for the pendrive/external drives

    4. On the File Menu, click on Format

    How to use it ?

    1. Quit all applications programs.

    2. Click the Start button, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to

    System Tools and then click at Disk Defragmenter.

    3. If necessary, select the hard disk you want to analyze and defrag from the

    hard disk list in the Disk Defragmenter window. Click at the Analyzebutton.

    4. When the analysis is complete, click at the View Report button in the

    smaller Disk Defragmenter dialog box.

    5. Close the Analysis Report dialog box.

    6. Click the Defragment button. The defragmentation process can take a

    few hours to complete. When the defragmentation is complete, click the

    Close button in the smaller Disk Defragmenter dialog box.

    7. Click the Close button in the Disk Defragmenter window.

    What causes eye strain ?

    awkward head position

    squinting

    To reduce :

    take frequent breaks

    minimize glare

    monitor should be between 18 - 24 in. from eyes

    RSI is caused to the hands and arms resulting from the useof keyboards and mouse

    Preventive measures :

    correct typing technique

    keep hands and arms warm
