MICHEAL BURTCoach Micheal Burt spent a decade “inner engineering” young people to perform at the highest levels while building a national powerhouse women’s basketball program at Riverdale High School in TN. His unique approach includes utilizing the “Whole Person Theory” to tap into the body, mind, heart, and spirit of each child through leadership and success academies, daily mentoring, emotional intelligence strategies, and building a culture of trust, belonging, and purpose. Because of his success many wanted him to share his philosophy around the world and he began doing that through his books, seminars, and national speaking events.
At age 31 Coach Burt retired from athletic coaching to begin coaching some of the top entrepreneurs and business builders in the world. He quickly noticed that many of these entrepreneurs lacked emotional toughness, mindset, bounce back strategies, or a willingness to see something through to its logical conclusion. They needed the very things Coach Burt taught as a high school coach.
It wasn’t long after that his clients began asking him to develop curriculum for their children. He appropriately named his curriculum The Greatness Factory for Kids because that’s what he used to tell the parents of the kids he coached.
