In continuation to this office allocation letter No. WRPCIComml-I/6/Alloc1201511608 dated

30.12.2015, please find enclosed herewith letter received from Railway Energy Management Company Ltd.,

bearing no, REMCLlCOIPPIRGPPLl2015-16 dated 15.01.2016(copy enclosed), requesting allocation to

SER (Jharkhand) for scheduling 100MW power from E-Bid RLNG capacity of RGPPL (in addition to

370MW power for CR (Maharashtra) and WR (Gujarat) for which scheduling has already been commenced.

Accordingly revised allocation sheet is also enclosed.

It is therefore requested to implement the allocation from OO:OOhrsof 17.01.2016 for E-Bid RLNG

capacity of 470MW (i.e 300MW for CR (Maharashtra), 70MW for WR (Gujarat) and 100MW for SER

(Jharkhand) as indicated under 5.0 of Railway Energy Management Company Ltd. Letter dated 15.01.2016

1.0 Ministry of Power vide reference (1) above had allocated 500 MW ofpower in Ratnagiri CCPP of I~GPPL to Indian Railways on temporarybasis under the PSDF support scheme up to March, 2017. Ministry ofPower vide reference (2) above allocated additional 120MW capacityfrom RGPPL to Indian Railways.

November, 2015 and WR (Cujarat] has also commenced schedulingfrom 9th January 2016. NOC for open accfss has already been issued

for the above states. However, there are certain issues in the state ofMadhya Pradesh which are being sorted out.

4.0 As the nO\V of power from RGPPL in the state of Madhya Pradesh maytake some time, the power How in .Jharkhand may start immediately.

5.0 Since the total requirement for Maharashtra, Gujarat & .Iharkhand IS

470 MW, the power distribution may be proportionately carried out forthe Declared Capacity (DC) given byRGPPL as follows:
