Greetings from what has become a very cold Cebu for the past few
weeks. As we get ready for the
summer months (here) we are starting to heat up again. It was so
cold one day that I was wearing a
jacket around the house and other days wrapped up in a blanket.
First time in almost 15 years.

Valentines in Cebu 2014
We celebrated Valentines this
year with 2 separate celebrations. Our
adults (18) and above had a dinner
where they were served a four course
meal and cake for dessert. Our theme
was "Making Love Last" for both
celebrations. We had guest speakers
for both celebrations.
Our adults speaker was "Lolo"
Lloyd from the Calvary Chapel Bible
College in Dumaguete. They shared
how their marriage has lasted 34 years
without any fights or problems and
how they love each other as much
today as they did 34 years ago.
Our Young Adults and Youth
shared a special night with a dinnerthey prepared followed with
cake and
Mango Float. Our speaker was Ritchie
Alter who lives part time in Dallas,
Texas and part time in Cebu where she
is an active part of our church when
she is here. She shared that the true
focus of Valentines should be on
"Love" not "Romance". They ended
with games and fellowship.
Tent City will Close
This month, our friends
whom we had the privilege to share
meals and the Word of God with for
9 weeks will be moved out of Tent
City to go back to their homes where
there are no homes or to go into
Cebu City to find work. The city can
no longer afford to keep them and
support them. Pray for these
precious men, women and children.

Titus2Men Kick-Off
We had our first ever
Titus2Men Kick-Off for men
wanting to be trained by our
trained disciplers. We had
dinner at a nearby Mandarin
restaurant and proceded back
to the church where the
training began.

Easter Sonrise Service
We have begun preparing
for our Annual Sonrise Service
where our theme tis year is "Christ
Died for Us, We should be willing
to Die for Him. We will leave the
church at 3:30am and drive to the
beach on 3 busses where we will
have our service, Baptism and a
day of celebration. Pray for God's
provision.
Current Relief Involvement
We continue to stay involved in the relief efforts by
providing logistics help for moving people and supplies fro
the airport to the pier and back again and anything else we
are asked to do.
Health Update
Earlier this year
had Pneumonia and
idney stones at the
ame time. I amleased to say the
tones seem to be gone
nd the pneumonia
hich has been
tubborn this time is
bout 95% gone. Keep
raying.

School Feeding Update
As our time of feeding the refugees ran out,
we anticipated going back to our school
feeding for over 2000 children, but when we
met with the school principal and theDepartment of Education, it
was decided
because of the business for all of us at the end
of the school year, it would be better to wait
until the beginning of the next school year in
June to start up again.
Senior Pastors Conference-Philippines
Our annual conference will be April The theme is "Pleasing God"
based on Hebrew
