PLACING YOUR CATERING ORDER

Please contact our team at [email protected] or 212.601.2797 to make arrangements.

ORDERING HOURS

Monday through Friday 6am – 8pm.For orders outside of our standard ordering hours, special arrangements may be required.

SET-UP

All orders include disposable napkins, cups, plates, cutlery, serving utensils, and descriptive food signs for display. Disposable tablecloths are available upon request. We care about the environment, if you do not require disposable products, please do let one of our team members know.

We will arrange to pick up coffee urns, china, and any other equipment, if applicable, within 24 hours of the order unless otherwise requested.

For eco-friendly and china presentation, a fee of 10% will be added.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

The administrative fee covers costs associated with the packaging, transportation, administration, support and execution of the catering order. This charge is not gratuity and will not be distributed as gratuity.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To guarantee service, orders must be placed by 3pm for next day orders. We will try to accommodate all last-minute orders, but certain menu items require 24-48 hours notice. Orders cancelled withinless than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge. This policy includes weather related conditions, office closures and cancelations.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We accept checks. House accounts can be set up request. Gratuities are not included.
