How to Make An Effective Procedure• Clear Organization
– Needs to be clear enough that someone else could run the lab without you being present
– Very detailed steps• Logical Flow
– There should be a clear reason to why you do every single step.
• Clear Components– Need an extensive list of all materials
that you are using in the lab• Start at the ending! What do you
want to end with? Work backwards from there!
