The Domestic Air Conditioner Performance Test Room includes the Enthalpy Difference Method Air Condtioner Test Room, the Ambient Balanced Air Condtitioner Test Room, the Multiple split Air Condtitioner Test Room, and the Mobile Air Conditioner Test Room.

The test room can be used to determine the Cooling Capacity, the Heating Capacity, the COP, the EER, and the SEER of the Domestic Air Condtitioner. It can also run the air conditioner tests for the Condensing condition, the Low Temperature condition, the Maximum Operation condition and the Defrost condition.

The Test Objects could be the Window Type Air Conditioner, the Split Type Air Conditioner, the Multiple Split Air Conditioner, the Ducted Air Conditioner, and Mobile Air Conditioner etc.

The Heat Pump Water Heater Performance Test Room includes the Household Heat Pump Water Heater Performance Test Room and the Commercial Heat Pump Water Heater Performance Test Room.

The test room can be used to determine the Heating Capacity, the Heating Power Consumption, the COP, the Defrost Performance, the Low Temperature Performance, the Hot Water Storage Performance, the Heat Insulation, and the Water Pressure Loss of the Heat Pump Water Heater.

The Test Objects could be the Air to Water Heat Pump Water Heater, the Water to Water Heat Pump Water Heater, the Tank Storage Heat Pump Water Heater, the Recycled Water Heat Pump Water Heater, the Split Type Heat Pump Water Heater, and the Auxiliary Electric Heater Heat Pump Water Heater etc.

The Washing Machine Comprehensive Test Room provides all the test conditions, environment and facility for the washing machine tests.

The test room can be used to determine different features of the washing machine, including the Washing Performance, the Aging Feature, the Rinse Performance, the Dry Performance, the Water Consumption, the Power Consumption, the Programming Time, the Washing Machine Safety, the Pack and Delivery, and the Physical and Chemical Feature.

The Test Objects could be the Front Loader Washing Machine, the Top Loader Washing Machine, and the Cloth Dryer etc.

The Refrigeration Component Test Facility includes the Heat Exchanger Test Facility, the Valve Performance Test Facility, the Compressor Test Facility, the Compressor Condenser Unit Test Facility, and the Cooling Fan Test Facility; it can be also used to test the Vehicle Air Conditioner.

The test room can be used to respectively determine the Heat Exchange Capacity, the Pressure Drop, the Face Air Speed, the Refrigerant Flow and the Oil Content Ratio of the Evaprator or Condenser; the Cooling Capacity, the Input Power, the Energy Ratio of the Refrigeration Compressor or the Compressor Condenser Unit.

The Test Objects could be respectively the Plate Type, Shell Type & Fin Type etc. of the Evaporator or the Condenser; Refrigeration Compressor, the Air Cooled/Water Cooled Compressor and Condenser Unit etc.

The Fan Performance Test Facility provides different test methods for the Fan.

The test room can be used to determine the Air Volumn, the Air Pressure, the Air Efficiency, the Fan Motor Feature, and the Fan Motor Power Consumption.

The Test Objects could be the Industrial Fan, the Exhaust Fan, the Air Conditioner Fan, the Cooling Fan, and the Rangehood Fan etc.

The Environment Air Conditioning Test Room includes the Air Conditioner Environment Test Room, the Refrigeration Product Long Time Test Room, the Reliability Test Room, and the Electrical Electronics Walk-in Type Environment Test Room.

The test room can be used to provide the Designated Indoor Environment, the Designated Outdoor Environment, and the different Weather & Climate (e.g. the simulation of the Wind, Rain, Snow, Sunshine, Extreme High Temperature, Extreme Low Temperature, Humid Enviroment, the Extreme Dry Condition, & Mechanical Vibration etc.).

The Test Objects could be the Air Conditioner, the Eletrical Product & Component, and the Electronics Product & Component etc.

The Ozone, TVOC & Air Purifiter Test Room includes the Ozone Content Ratio Test Room, the TVOC Emission Test Room, the Air Purifier Test Room, and the Air Filter Test Room.

The test room can be respectively used to test the VOC Emission of the Furniture and the Renovation Material; the CAD, the CCM, and the Ozone Content Ratio & other parameters of the Air Purifier.

The Test Objects could be the Furniture, the Carpet, the Mat, the Curtain, the Air Purifier, and the Chemical Filter etc.

The Special Air Conditioning System includes the Musuem Air Conditioning System, the Antique & File Air Conditioning System, the Computer Room Air Conditioning System, and the Medical Air Conditioning System.

The test room can be used to provide the Accuracy of the Temperature, the Humidity, the Pressure, the Clean Grade, the Air Speed, and the Air Direction. It can also simulate the -40℃ to 100℃ of temperature and the 20% to 95% of the humidity. The temperature and humidity ranges can be designed to exceed the normal maximum and minimum limits. In addition, the temperature and the humidity can be controlled to uniformly distributed to the designated testing area.

The Solar Power Product Test Facility includes the Solar Water Heater Test Facility, the Solar Heat Concentrator Test Facility, and the Photonvoltaic Panel Test Facility.

The test room can be used to determine the Daily Usable Heat, the Water Tank Insulation Feature, the Heat Feature Capacity Coefficient, the System Average Loss Coeffifient, the Water Heater Pressure, and the Solar Radiation of the different Solar Power Products.

The Test Objects could be the Solar Water Heater, the Solar Heat Concentrator, and the Photonvoltaic Panel etc.

The Anechoic Room includes the Anechoic Room (With or Without the Air Conditioning) and the Semi Anechoic Room (With or Without the Air Conditioning). It is the important Test Room for the sound test of the Air Conditinoner, the Electrical Product, and the Electronics Product.

The test room can be used to provide the Sonic Field, the Semi Sonic Field and the Diffusion Field. It uses the Sonic Pressure Method to pvovide the Testing Sound and therefore to determine the dB grade of the test object.

The Test Objects could be the Air Conditioner, the Fridge, the Washing Machine, the Vehicle, the Electrical Parts, and the Electronics Parts etc.

Test Standards

The Other Test Facility provides the customized Test Room or Test Facility. One of the important products is the Safety Test Facility which is usually required as a part of the Test Systems and the Quality Control System for the manufacturers and the Third Party Test Organizations.

Some of the available Test Facility are shown as follows (Not limited to).

The Test Room EXII Technology is the new design to protect the Test Room against the possible explosion when the Test Object carries Explosive Refrigerant. With the re-designed EXII devices, the Test Room can allow to test the Test Object that carries the A1, A2 & A3 Safety Graded Refrigerant. Basically, the allowed refrigerant includes (but not limit to) the R290, the R32, the R600A, the R170, and the R1270.

The EXII technology (also management process) estimates the safety status of the Test Room based on the possible Explosive Refrigerant be used in a Test Room. Accordingly, the protection method will be designed to avoid safety hazard. Controlling methods may include (not limited to ) the control of the leak of the refrigerant and the isolation of the possible fire and ignition.

The technology is a robust protection mechanism and the protection is as careful as to each component of the Test Room. Besides the control for the Test Object as described above, other protection method such as zoning of test of different refrigerant, monitoring of refrigerant leak, powering of EXII Graded device, and ducting of fresh air are also necessarily equipped to the Test Room.

This technology is very important to the new Test Rooms required to test with the Explosive Refrigerant. Is can be used to the Test Room of the Air Conditioner, the Fridge, the Freezer, the Heat Exchanger, the Refrigeration, the Refrigeration Compressor & Valve etc.

The Energy Saving Technology changes the working mechanism of the Air Handling Unit in the Test Room and successfully, it improves the Test Room with less energy costs. The technology can slash the power consumption by a re-designed cooling/heating system which reduces the excess heat and humid added to the Test Room. With this innovated system, the electric as well as the power costs will drop siginificantly.

The designed mechanism is easy to understand and however, the system is a combination of the Variable Speed Compressor, the Variable Speed Fan, the Heat Recovery System, the Heat Bypass Technology, and the Evaporation Pressure Technology. With the different Test Room system design, any 2 to 5 of the above energy saving items will be integrated into the system (with smart PID control) to save the energy.

Our company has owned 18 patents of the Energy Saving technology. Some of the patents are shown as follows.

The Software is the ‘brain’ of the Test Room and it controls all the operations of the Test Room.

As a very important component of the Test Room, the software can provide the following functions.

• Data Analysis• Report Export• Diagram Display• Test Monitor• Data Exchange Port• Remote Control

The software is developed by our own programme team with the backend software LabView.

In addition, the Software can provide real time data management, and it is compatible to different devices (models, functions).

The Data Management Center is the newest system based on the Big Data methodology. It includes the Test Data Collection, the Visible Data Analysis Center, and the Test Data Management.

The management system is based on the ISO 17025 and it can centralise all the Test Room data to one integrated data system.

The centrialised data can provide the flexibility of the data comparison, the data publication and the data management. It is a key technology in this data era. .

The Third Party Test Service is the latest service provided by our company. Our Multi-functioned Test Room was awarded the CNAS (China National Accreditation Service) Accreditation in 2015 (Certificate Number: L8112). This means we are the authorized organization in China to take the Third Party Test Service for the industrial products.

The Special Test Customization is the service provided to those clients who require a non-standard test. The service includes the full structure design, the test condition consultancy, and the internal structure etc. All the non-standard tests can be tailored to meet the special requirement.

The Robust Test Room Design is the prerequisite of the installation of the high-quality Test Room. This service ensures the Test Room to be well designed and the installation project to be well managed.

Based on the Test Room installation requirement of ISO/IEC 17025, our company provides has packaged the Test Room design service which includes the Test Room center for different industries and companies.

In addition, the consultancy of acquiring accreditation (e.g. CNAS) is also a part of the robust Test Room service. The Robust Test Room Design includes (but not limit to) the following items.

With our 20 years experience, we have developed a comprehensive training plan. Basically, training course is arranged when the Test Room is ready to hand over. The training course may cover the Safety, the Technology, the Daily Maintenance, the Device Principle, and the Basic Breakdown Analysis.

The Test Room Maintenance and Repair is an important management during the entire service life of the Test Room. Since the Test Room is a complicated system and facility, confidence of the engineering conditions of each component is the key of keeping the Test Room functioned and however, saving operation costs.

In order to ensure the Test Room is working properly and to avoid the unneccessary loss from the possible break-down during the service time, our company offers the clients with the comprehensive maintenance scheme. The Scheme could be very useful to the Test Room owners.
